Other Thoughts/About The Hypnotist?
The first time I saw the trailer for GET OUT! my first thought was, “This movie’s going to be responsible for some fucked up erections.”
Here’s the link to the main hypnosis scene in the movie if you haven’t seen it yet.
The thing that’s so fucked up about the movie is it’s basically an MCSTORY but with, you know, racism and terror compared to sexy results, so when I saw this video pop up I was like “Well I have to watch that.”
And there’s these weird bits form the movie, the plot of the ASMR video is you’re seeing a hypnotist about an accident that befell your little brother when you were babysitting, and she goes back and has you re-writer the memory so you can move on with your life.
There’s really a lot going on in this that makes it kinda fucked up as a relaxation/ASMR thing, but I guess that’s kind of a sub-genre of ASMR? I think?
Anyhow, this was so weird to watch from a conceptual level, but given the whole “fucked up boners” thing I mentioned earlier, I was a little bummed it wasn’t more straight hypnosis role-play… which I freely admit is a weird thing to say in this context.
But that’s the jam with fetishes right? You see something that sort of brushes against your kink, and in your brain you start repurposing it for your own desires.
Anyhow, this one hardly counts as a day, so I’ll see about making sure the final 3 entries for this month make up for it not that I’m feeling better and my asthma’s under control again.
